Vice President Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation Chris Macfarlane has been an osteopath for 35 years and is extremely passionate about helping patients of all ages. Chris has not only been treating patients during his many years in practise, but also has dedicated his life to further study and teaching through both the undergraduate osteopathic program and post graduate programs. All of the osteopaths at Aim osteopathy have either been taught by and/or taught with Chris at some point in their career. After graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 1988, Chris returned to Australia to both run a large multidisciplinary private practice in Melbourne and concurrently working to not only conduct lectures and clinical supervision but to eventually lead the newly established osteopathic school at RMIT in Melbourne, Chris has been both the state and federal president of the Australian Osteopathic Association and also the Sutherland Cranial Teaching foundation of Australia and New Zealand, to which he remains currently as vice president. Due to his vast amount of experience coupled with his friendly and gentle demeanour, Chris enjoys treating people of all ages, from infants and children, adolescents, adults, pregnant women and the elderly. Chris utilises a wide range of osteopathic techniques, all of which are performed according to your body's need to most effectively address your particular condition.
